My story is about a boy named Charlie in high school who isn't too popular. He has a best friend named Turk and they hang out all the time. They've known each other since kindergarten. One day Charlie and Turk are walking to school and are confronted by the school bully. Charlie refuses to listen to him and Turk almost gets punched out by the bully, but the bell rings just in time. They go to class unharmed. After school, Charlie and Turk are skating home and they see a black cat. There was an eerie feeling in the air and Charlie wanted to shake off the feeling by trying to catch the cat. Turk and him run up to it but it doesn't run away. All of the sudden, it scratched Charlie's leg and runs off into the gulch. Charlie runs after it but doesn't end up finding it. He goes home that night and finally remembers his injury. On his way to the bathroom to get gauze, he collapses all of the sudden, and turns into a cat. He then goes off in search of the bullies house. When he gets there, he breaks in and scratches the bully right in the face. The bully screams and wakes up the whole house including a dog. Charlie gets very scared because hes only a cat and runs out but gets attacked by the dog. He gets out with alive but with an injury. He makes his way to the spot where he saw the old cat with Turk and is transformed back into a human and is in the nurses office. It turns out it was all just a dream.
